Judging panelists will evaluate entries according to the following parameters:

The coopetition is open to all ICCA Members and associations (individual members, or groups of members working together).
Entries should be submitted in digital format according to the following guidelines:
A written proposal of max 1,000 words in PDF format
A video recording of up to 90 seconds that effectively summarizes your entry
Submission deadline: September 19, 2025
From all submissions received, the judging panel will carefully select the finalists, who will be officially announced on 23 September 2025. Selected finalists will be invited to present their entries in person at the ICCA Congress and will be allocated 10 mins each for a live presentation.
