The ICCA Business Intelligence Coopetition

64th ICCA Congress

9 - 12 November | Porto, Portugal

Hi ICCA members!

Building on the resounding success of the Abu Dhabi session and inspired by the overwhelmingly positive feedback, ICCA & Bco Congresos are delighted to present the 2025 edition of this dynamic and forward-thinking session designed to unlock the full potential of ICCA’s Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

This session is not merely a stage but a spotlight for members to present their case studies and highlight their innovative and effective use of ICCA BI. Through in-depth case study presentations, attendees to the session will divulge their strategic uses of ICCA BI, illustrating its transformative impact and establishing industry benchmarks.

Moreover, this session will be enriched with the latest updates from ICCA's research team, who will shed light on the newest developments within ICCA BI. In a spirit of continuous improvement, we invite our members to engage in a dynamic exchange of ideas and offer their invaluable feedback, which will guide the future progression of ICCA BI tools.

Why participate?

Coopetition, a concept combining cooperation and competition, involves collaborating with competitors to achieve common goals while maintaining a competitive advantage.

The ICCA Business Intelligence Coopetition is an excellent way to challenge ICCA members and learn new skills. It will provide a platform to showcase your talents and abilities by presenting on the stage best practices, sharing case studies, writing queries to retrieve specific information, performing data analysis, or designing new searches that can enhance the use of the database to make the tool more efficient to use and improve its productivity. All this while gaining valuable experience and exposure.
